On Saturday, September 8th McLaren Newport Beach headed down to San Diego for an event called "Cruise 4 Kids" for a charity car cruise! On a beautiful, clear sky Saturday morning the team made our way down to Hotel Del on Coronado Island. We couldn't have asked for a better setting to display our vehicles!
Every car that you could imagine was packed into the Hotel Del parking lot. Brands including everything from Mercedes-Benz, Ferrari, Nissan, Aston Martin, BMW and so much more!

Our McLarens managed to pull quite some attention, it was hard to miss the shiny chrome 12C when walking around!
After the initial morning gathering, we were all instructed to start our engines and get ready for the cruise! The cruise started off at 11:00am, and we headed to the Coronado bridge in which the police had shut down for all of the exotic vehicles to make their way over the bridge. The finish line ended up at the Del Mar Fairgrounds, where awards were given out and another car show to end the day. We wanted to thank Cruise 4 Kids for letting us bring our cars and put them in display.
