The wait is over.

The wait is over – we are thrilled to officially announce that McLaren Automotive will be using the Paris Motor Show 2012 to preview our next generation ultimate supercar, the McLaren P1. Along with today’s release of the first ever photographs of our latest supercar, McLaren Automotive Managing Director Antony Sherriff, laid out his vision for the McLaren P1 “To make the most exciting, most capable, most technologically advanced and most dynamically accomplished supercar ever made - not necessarily to be the fastest in absolute top speed but to be the quickest and most rewarding series production road car on a circuit.” McLaren Automotive Executive Chairman Ron Dennis also hinted that The McLaren P1 is set to draw technological and spiritual inspiration from our Formula 1™ team – ‘The McLaren P1 will be the result of 50 years of racing and road car heritage,’ More details will be released on Thursday 27 September 2012 in Paris and we will be bringing you extensive coverage from the show, so be sure to check back regularly for all the latest news and exclusive content.
